Zuzu Boudid

Zuzu has been involved in the fitness for 8 years. She first started out boxing as a way to keep focus, get fit, motivated , especially, to get lean, lose weight and tone up.

Zuzu is a truly inspirational trainer, intense, very motivating and lots of fun. Her style is very versatile and will convert your thinking from “maybe” to “yes” by adapting her techniques to suit your needs, while providing the appropriate level of directions and assistance.
