Hilary’s involvement in sport and fitness has come from a very young age, her social, academic and employment history have always entailed fitness and mold her into who she is now. Her passion comes from her background in athletics, having being ranked top 12 in the UK for the steeplechase, she knows from first-hand knowledge what hard work and determination looks like and how it can change people’s lives.
Hilary who also has a sports science degree and qualifications in nutrition and health, and has extensive knowledge and skills in helping people achieve their goals. With a background in sports herself and having being a 2 x bikini fitness champion in Canada and California, she believes that change really happens when you are pushed out of your comfort zone, regardless of the goal you are trying to achieve. The reward and feeling of accomplishment once something difficult is completed is what she calls success, and she wants to be the person to help you get there.

Hilary keeps her training sessions exciting, challenging, and effective by using her knowledge and experience to build training strategies specifically tailored to your goals, as well as making it motivational and enjoyable. From weight management to sport conditioning to marathon running, Hilary is able to help you in a variety of ways.
