Sports have always played a major part in her life, as she has been involved in different sport activities since an early age. From competitive cycling and weight lifting to ultimately becoming a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. Over the decade she has helped hundreds of clients from many different backgrounds to achieve their goals.
