Having been a lifelong fitness fan Phil has a  huge passion and dedication. He plans sessions carefully to ensure that the exercises he uses for his clients are the ones they need to perform in order to achieve their goals. He is always looking for new ways to keep his clients challenged and motivated and keep the sessions different and exciting. Phil takes huge pride in his work and always ensures that exercises are performed correctly and safely. His biggest passion is not only helping his clients achieve their goals but also educating them so that they can lead a more healthy and active lifestyle.

Specialising in weight loss, body toning and strengthening/conditioning, improved fitness, posture and flexibility using a variety of techniques including high intensity, slow tempo, stability, body weight, equipment such as dumbells/barbells/stretch bands/stability balls etc, core work and stretching.
