Max Rush

Prior to Max’s 7 years in the fitness industry, he had to overcome a fair share of personal challenges such as being overweight and dealing with all the insecurities that come with that. 
Since then, through these first-hand experiences and a 100% dedication towards turning his life around, he has devoted most of his time to sports such as MMA, boxing and Crossfit and, most importantly, sharing the knowledge, passion and unmatched enthusiasm for helping anyone who wants to become fitter, healthier, leaner, stronger, meaner.


Always leading by example, Max has a 100% success rate and a proven track record with existing and previous clients in achieving the varied goals, from weight loss and toning up to more sport specific ones. Therefore results are guaranteed; all that is required is just your dedication, and comfortable training attire.
