Karen Martinez

Sport has always been a main part of Karen’s life. She was a professional football trainer back in Colombia, but due to an unfortunate injury she had to stop her career.

While her main focus areas are fat loss and body conditioning she has extensive experience training people from all sort of backgrounds and with different goals. Karen is passionate about helping her clients to reach their goals to the “ perfection” as well as a highly motivational, inspirational and professional Personal Trainer.
