Judit Sandor

Judit has over 8 years’ experience working in the fitness industry as a professional trainer in three different countries as she has worked in Hungary, Australia and currently in England.

Judit’s passion towards sports and fitness started at an early age when she started playing basketball and doing mountain cycling. She has competed professionally in powerlifting for 6 years and became European and World Champion in 2009.

She has extensive experience working in gym environment and as a mobile personal trainer, combining different training methods and equipment as well as experience in group training running spinning classes, circuit training and swiss ball and leading one on one sessions.

She is a great motivator with loads of energy, empathy and a bubbly personality. Her job is her lifestyle as she is dedicated to fitness and wellbeing. Judit believes that “nothing is impossible”. It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are on, she will help you to reach your goals.

Judit’s sessions are tailored according to your needs, personality, your lifestyle and your personal preferences.
