Jordan Adriano Brown

Jordan studied Science and Anatomy along with Biomedical Science at University. He grew up shy having been bullied in school and avoided sports and exercise. Throughout his life, he went through two main phases: The first one, being overweight through over indulging in food and sweets (comfort eating). The second one, being underweight through the lack of nutrition and diet.

Somehow, he could not get the balance right. When Jordan was fed up with his lifestyle, he decided to make a change. He began to focus on improving himself through exercise and realised that his body was really neglected and he suffered from a prolonged ankle injury and shoulder impingement as well as back problems throughout his exercising.

His determination to change was through an embarrassing situation where a young woman commented that they could curl heavier than him. Jordan struggled to curl a 5kg dumbbell, and that situation made him aware of how much work he had to do.

Jordan started out studying the art of CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), and then moved on to studying Personal Training.

Once certified in Level 3, along with Circuit Training, he began his transformation of his own body.

Through intense training and therapy, Jordan overcame his prolonged ankle pain and eradicated his shoulder impingement injury as well as back pains. From being very skinny and underweight, muscular change began. Friends and family noticed the difference.

Jordan is still training hard to transform himself to what he started out as being a weakling, to become the strongest version of himself.

As a professional Personal Trainer who also teaches CBT to help individuals to overcome the boundaries that hold them back, Jordan vows to help others to become the strongest version of themselves.
