Ismini Tzanaki

Ismini is very passionate about health and fitness and has always been involved in sports from a very young age, starting training for gymnastics at the age of 6 which led to competitive synchronized swimming.

As she grew up she realized that nutrition was also an integral part of training that helps people to achieve their goals faster, and so pursued this aspect further at degree level at BSc Human Nutrition.

“Using my degree level knowledge I can help people reach their fitness goals whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.”

Ismini uses an effective variety of training techniques to keep sessions varied and fun. This enables her clients to reach their goals in the minimum amount of time as well as maintaining motivation and client retention.
