Gabriel Ancu – Master Trainer

Starting from an early age Gabriel trained as a footballer for a professional club and from that he gained his passion for sport and fitness.

He reached a goal of becoming a professional footballer but due to injuries lost his confidence and ability and therefore decided to choose a different path in his carrier. Being addicted to hard training he decided to progress into personal training. He wanted to put his extensive knowledge and experience to use by helping others achieving their goals and enjoying a healthier life style.

He believes that the right combination of knowledge, training techniques and being positive with yourself will lead to the best results.

One of his favorite motto is: “Take care of your body, it’s the only place you have to live in!”
