Andrea Skytova


Andrea covers Surrey and the South of London. As well as her qualifications in Personal Training she has a degree in Business Management.

Her choice of profession comes down to the fact that training is, and always has been, a big part of her life for a long time. Being from Slovakia, she has been skiing her whole life and in the off season she found her passion in training for various events and challenges. She has recently completed the Nottingham Half Marathon with a client and along with a team from her local gym, completed the Tough Mudder Challenge, a 12 mile obstacle course.

She enjoys races and shorter distance runs for fun while raising money for different charities.

When not training herself or her clients, Andrea enjoys her time with her family and friends, and also traveling.

Working as a Personal Trainer is not only using knowledge and experience to motivate others to reach beyond what they think it’s possible but it is also about helping someone achieve their goals whilst changing their mindset and lifestyle.”
