Andrea has always been into fitness since a young age. He used to be a pro footballer back home, when injuries forced him to stop. As he still wanted to remain in the fitness industry, he became a professional personal trainer, which was the best choice he could have made in my life.

He specializes in strength and conditioning with body-weight training, and is highly experienced in Crossfit and HIIT training.

He can help you with weight loss, to reduce body fat and to tone up.

Andrea understands that we live in a very busy society and timing is important, so he can be extremely flexible and meet his clients’ needs.
