Gancho has been an active sports person since his childhood. Before turning 18, he had earned a black belt in TAEKWON-DO and won numerous competitions. Spending a lot of hours doing strength and conditioning training in the gym, he realised he had a passion for physical fitness that changed his lifestyle and turned into his profession.

He completed 2 Personal Trainer courses and a Nutritionist course of study and then gained several years of experience as a Personal Trainer, working with a variety of people with completely different goals – from beginners to professional fitness models.  Thanks to his scientific, creative and motivational approach he is able to get his clients outstanding results.

The desire to acquire further knowledge made him take on a BSc Sports and Exercise Science course in which he excelled and got involved in scientific research on muscle recovery and fat loss.

He is also a Freestyle football and O2Touch Ambassador, helping in the popularisation of these fairly new sports. Running sessions on them has additionally contributed to his integrated multi-disciplinary training methods.
