Tigan Mahomed

Tigan has been passionate about health and fitness from an early age.  He started playing basketball at school and progressed to play professionally.  His love of sports inspired him to study a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and develop on this further with professional training to become a REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 3 Sports Coaching.

He has sixteen years’ experience in training and assisting others on their fitness journeys, has also worked as a basketball coach to junior and senior teams, and has extensive experience as a Personal Trainer training people of all ages with wide-ranging fitness goals.  He employs various training methods and enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments.

Tigan’s own positive experience of sports has helped him to motivate and encourage others to achieve and maintain their own health and fitness goals – he is a firm believer in getting fit to stay fit.

Tigan teaches a range of classes as well as one-to-one sessions., and develops programmes to address the needs of his clients, while always keeping the sessions challenging and fun, which is key to success.  His friendly, motivational and encouraging approach has helped hundreds of people achieve and exceed their fitness goals.
