Thomas Ashby

Ever since he was a child Thomas has always been extremely active and into sports. He officially started athletics at the age of 11 and has been competing ever since, gaining international status in the gruelling 10 discipline decathlon.

“Personal Training is more than a job for me; it is an art form and a project by which I can carry out and show the world what I have to offer.” He has over 10 years of functional training experience and has passed this knowledge on to over 100 of his previous clients. His form of training will help anyone improve their personal performance and physical image.
