Ryheem Hammond-Hall

Ryheem got involved in sport from a very young age playing football. At first it was just for fun with friends, but this developed into a strong passion for fitness.

As he got older his attention was drawn to martial arts such as Muay Thai and MMA. Curently he’s still training in martial arts and also getting involved in calisthenics, and possibly gymnastics in the future.

Ryheem strives to deliver outstanding results, focusing on the most effective training methods and always motivating his clients to go to the next level.
