Sports have been an essential part of Perdro’s life since his childhood. From his early age he played competitive football at an elite football club, and as a teenager he started to compete in boxing and kickboxing, which he still practices to this day.

In order to deliver unbeatable results Pedro focuses on the most effective training techniques, which he effectively combines with his thorough understanding of human physiology and outstanding exercise knowledge.

Pedro exceeds to provide a functional training that benefits the client in their every day life, while also promoting a healthy sustainable way of living, and effectively assuring that the set goals are achieved. His sessions are highly enjoyable and fun, yet demanding and strict.
