Metin Miachael Denizer


Metin is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping people to achieve their goals. He is a friendly and approachable person with a strong determination to succeed with his clients goals.

After spending several months travelling and becoming a fully qualified YMCA Fit graduate, Metin now works in London as a professional Personal Trainer, having become very successful and in high demand. He understands that every person is different with individual goals, and so is very confident with his training program which are always tailored to each client to help them achieve their goals, whether it is assisting with weight loss, hypertrophy, strength, toning, general health or many other fitness areas.



Using the correct diet and training programs he has achieved outstanding results with a variety of clients. Body toning, weight loss and muscle building are his true passions. Not just in fitness but also in life! Metin has both the right personality and the knowledge. “I think that one of the most important things in personal training is to realist that the ability to build rapport with a variety of people is just as important as your fitness knowledge. I like to think I am at the top of my game with both”

Metin is also a fitness model and an avid trainer who takes his own training very seriously, having an advanced training program which he sticks to consistently. “Appearance is not everything, but I do believe you should practice what you preach! I have always been a strong believer in the before and after shots to show progress and am the proud owner of a portfolio of my clients to show the results they have achieved training with me”
