Fazal is a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate in Sports Science and an Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer with experience in supporting and delivering extremely high quality training sessions, with in depth academic knowledge of anatomy, physiology and sports science solutions to help accomplish any health related goal.

He has practiced and honed his Martial Arts skills for over ten years, extensively studied and mastered several training disciplines and also developed practical solutions to help his clients become mentally, physically and spiritually more powerful.

His extensive experience as a Fitness and Martial Arts Expert, along with his understanding of functional strength, will help you maximize your workout time and optimize your results to tailor your needs at all levels.
