Cassie has had a passion for fitness and health for over fourteen years

She first got her fitness bug after leaving school where she was overweight, unhealthy and had related illnesses.

After numerous tests, doctors had prescribed Cassie to live with aches and pains, but instead she decided to take her health into her own hands, and took up a healthy lifestyle, re-assessed her diet and started doing exercise.

This was over fourteen years ago. Today she still has a love for health and fitness, as both have helped keep her illnesses at bay, and provided her with a better way of life.

Cassie loves a HIIT session, but also specializes in postural alignment, strength and conditioning and running.

In the past she has trained with ex-professional Boxer Cathy Brown and pro coach Alan Keddle, supported her local Sweaty Betty on boot-camp events and competed many half marathons and challenging mud courses.

Regardless of your goals, Cassie promises every session will be fun, motivational, enjoyable and will fit around your schedule.
