A truly passionate about sports since early in his life, over the years he became a highly experienced trainer and an expert in different fitness areas. His very first taste of competition was as a cyclist in the mid 90’s. He has also competed in other disciplines such as running, his favourite trail running, cycling, triathlon and duathlon. He is also a regular on the slopes of the Pyrenees and Alps, first starting as a skier and currently as a snowboarder. He has also been involved in rock climbing, alpinism and canyoning.
As part of his experience he has also worked as a cycling, running and triathlon coach, as well as a pacer for Victor GO in marathon and half marathon distances.
As a personal trainer his specialties are functional training, posture, back problems and chronic issues such as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.
His goal as a trainer is to help you stay committed and motivated, set optimistic and realistic goals, and also become more active and flexible, feel better about yourself and increase your overall energy levels.
