Adomas is a positive and highly motivating professional trainer that always concentrates on the body’s functionality and correct details of each technique to ensure his clients achieve their goals. He gained his knowledge and developed his skills by practicing and teaching Vietnamese martial arts Nhat Nam for more than 15 years. He also worked as a stunt man in film sets, bodyguard and as a circus acrobat.

Currently he studies Osteopathy at the British School of Osteopathy, which allows him to further bring a holistic approach to every training session.

Our body is an amazing machine and working with it is the only way to discover its possibilities and to expand its limits. My goal is to shape and fix a body through movement.”
