With a background in sports and fitness, and as a highly qualified level 4 and experienced professional Personal Trainer and Exercise Referral Specialist, Peter is an expert in strength and conditioning training, hypertrophy, weight loss, body toning, sports specific training, injury rehabilitation, prevention training and general fitness.
He also has extensive experience working with special populations, and with clients who are obese, diabetic, suffer from hypertension, arthritis and osteoporosis.
